About Cassaundra

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California & Idaho

It is my belief that we should all be in the driver seats of our own life.  Too often we feel victim, or passenger to all the things that we have experienced resulting in feeling down and out of control. The connection between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors is so simple and yet so revolutionary.

To understand your feelings and behaviors through therapy, you are going to have to challenge yourself, be brave and vulnerable, but I promise you, when you do you will feel stronger, healthier and happier. I will be here from start to finish helping you clear your own path to self fulfillment.

My Approach

I'm offering a deep dive with a real person. Someone whose sole purpose is to see YOU- the real you, the scarred vulnerable bits that are hard to show the rest of the world.

I am motivated by my own experiences and those of others. I've lived trauma, gotten real friendly with depression and PTSD and completely felt the consequences of low self-esteem. I have been a child of divorce, an awkward and lonely teenager, a confused and lost 20 year old, a mom and a female business owner.

I believe that in finding our own strengths, owning our weakness without shame and curating peace within, we end up being the person we want to be and forever changing and impacting the people and world around us.

“Cassaundra is a great counselor, she listens and is very quick to analyze situations and help you think further and dig deep.”

“Cassaundra is an excellent therapist. She gives it to you straight and will call you out when you need it, but after she calls you out, she helps scaffold strategies to do better next time or to work on the problem.”

“She is kind, professional, and courteous. She is enthusiastic, and I love how she makes me feel supported and like I can achieve the goals we set in therapy.”

“She’s genuine and gracious but also knows how to call me out on my BS and that’s what I need.”
